Marilyn began her journey in real estate in 1997, embarking on a mentorship program with Beth Ferester & Co in Houston, Texas. Under the expert guidance of Beth Ferester herself, Marilyn honed her skills and laid the foundation for a successful career.
Demonstrating exceptional talent and dedication, Marilyn has consistently been a top-producing agent for over 25 years. Her exceptional track record includes selling over a billion dollars in real estate to date, an impressive accomplishment that speaks volumes about her expertise and profound understanding of the market.
In 2014, Marilyn and her husband Clay moved to 30A Florida, where she became an agent at Rosemary Beach Realty. Her time in Florida was marked by tremendous success, as she sold over 100 million dollars worth of real estate. This impressive achievement served as a testament to Marilyn's unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service and delivering outstanding results for her clients.
In 2019, Marilyn's expanding family brought her back to The Woodlands, Texas, where she had the opportunity to reunite with her mentor, Beth Ferester, at Corcoran Ferester Realty. Recognizing the tremendous value and support provided by Corcoran, Marilyn made the decision to transfer her Florida license to Corcoran Reverie on 30A. She currently manages a team of agents as part of the “To30a Team," effectively balancing her time between Florida and Texas to serve her clients' needs.
Not content with her achievements thus far, Marilyn decided to expand her horizons even further. In 2023, she earned her Broker license in Tennessee, affiliating with Corcoran Reverie Nashville. This new chapter in her career allowed Marilyn to team up with her daughter, Delanie, who is also an agent in Nashville. Together, they bring their combined expertise and passion to serve clients in this vibrant market.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Marilyn values her family above all else. She is a proud mother to two children, Ryan and Delanie, and cherishes her role as a grandmother to her grandsons, Colin and Liam. Marilyn's love for her family extends to her two French Bulldogs, Georgie and Hank, who bring joy and laughter to her home.
